When you receive the delivery alert of our courier, you will be able select whether you are in the destination, if you are not at the destination or if you will be there in less than 30 minutes, adding the possibility of authorizing delivery to a neighbor or close shop.
If you can not attend you can also choose whether to pick the package in one of our pickup points or DIR agencies, or select a new time for delivery.
