In the year 2000 we started the development of the implementation of our Quality Management system, to comply with the demanding requirements of UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000, culminating with the trident of certifications ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 by DNV and TÜV Reindland , with a wide scope in terms of courier, express delivery, distribution and door to door logistics, at the local, provincial, regional, national and international levels.

Our quality management system brings in policies and objectives, focused on controlling our organization in regard to quality, CO2 emissions, fuel consumption, waste management, health and safety at work and service performance. We don not only consider ensuring the service compliance with the applicable requirements, but also to achieving the customer satisfaction through excellence and producing the least environmental impact in a safer context.

We manage our resources in such a way that, once the service is performed, an analysis of it is done, and we start a continuous improvement of the quality management system, aimed to increase the satisfaction of our customers, to offer a more efficient service with the environment, and ensuring the health and safety of our workers.

DIR understands the service to our customers as a quality service, sustainable and respectful with the environment. Our system does not stop at reductions in consumption of electricity and water savings. All our vehicles are selected for purchase by their low fuel consumption rates and low CO2 emissions. Our main supplier certifies that our vehicles use exclusively biodiesel fuel.

Waste Management (tires, oils, plastic, paper, cardboard and toners) is carried out efficiently with certified providers in waste management.

Our staff has also couriers distributing ecologically, using bicycles or walking in areas with a high concentration of businesses and little geographical dispersion.

Our headquarters are located in Barcelona, Calle Cobalto 73. Here, we receive and classify all the parcels, to proceed with the distribution among our capillar network, in order to be delivered to destination.

Responsible for verification, refunds, billing and risk. Its main objective is to establish the relationship with customers in terms of accounts, risks, debts and refunds with our national and international agencies.

Cornerstone of the organization. It’s one of the departments with the highest resource investment. The traffic department has all the technical and computer means to enable the most efficient distribution for every service that we offer.

All our staff takes part of an ongoing detailed training program in terms of safety, performance, transport, distribution, e-commerce and management. Every training course ensures compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OSHAS 18001 standards.
