ISO

All employees at DIR Urgent Transport, Logistics & Courier Services & E-commerce carry out a thorough training in safety issues, behavior, transportation, distribution, e-commerce and management. All training comply with the procedures of the certificates ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.

The 6 areas of our training ensure our staff to be professionals, able to distribute or manage any kind of merchandise or documentation, with confidentiality guarantee, speed and corporate image.

Security Area

The training focuses on the provisions of the Law on Occupational Health and Safety, with special emphasis on road safety and accident and health monitoring. A specific attention is paid to the security of shipments, control, surveillance and diligence.

Behavior area

The image, neatness and good behavior with customers and recipients, is a cardinal point of our training. We must be aware that when we make a delivery, we transmit the image of our customer, and our service has to ensure excellence in the treatment.

Transport Area

Knowing the incidents before they happen, allows us to streamline transport and to increase the satisfaction of those who participate in it. In this training we offer a thorough review of the most common problems and how to solve them quickly.

Distribution Area

The complexity of large cities makes it necessary to develop a comprehensive training of the most common routes in order to gain time, agility and reduce incidents. An analysis of streets, highways, main destinations and schedules of these, makes us reduce the ratio/time delivery.

Management Area

A specific training is carried out in the of offices, training our staff to perform functions of financial, labor or taxes, within the state level and in different public agencies.

E-Commerce Area

A specific training to all our staff about the delivery of online sales, delivery to individuals and the most appropriate schedule to ensure delivery, using technological support (PDA and APP’S) to interact with the recipient, and providing maximum ease of service in the last mile.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

We are a flexible and dynamic company, synonymous with quality and reliability at the hands of Juan Carlos Darriba as General Manager since 1990.

OUR FACILITIES

Our headquarters are located in Barcelona, Calle Cobalto 73. Here, we receive and classify all the parcels, to proceed with the distribution among our capillar network, in order to be delivered to destination.

MARKETING AND SALES DEPARTMENT

Our marketing department is a fundamental tool for the business development, new customers, new services… Due to the marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, the company has reached a 20% annual growth.

ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

Responsible for verification, refunds, billing and risk. Its main objective is to establish the relationship with customers in terms of accounts, risks, debts and refunds with our national and international agencies.

TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT

Cornerstone of the organization. It’s one of the departments with the highest resource investment. The traffic department has all the technical and computer means to enable the most efficient distribution for every service that we offer.

TRAINING DEPARTMENT

All our staff takes part of an ongoing detailed training program in terms of safety, performance, transport, distribution, e-commerce and management. Every training course ensures compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OSHAS 18001 standards.

SECURITY DEPARTMENT

We optimally apply all safety measures for the prevention of occupational hazards.

SOCIAL ACTION

We support various organizations and NGOs since 2000, economically and with their projects (Doctors of the World, TV3 Marató…)

DEPARTMENT OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY AT WORK

In 2000 we started the development of our Quality Management Program to comply with the required criteria of UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OSHAS 18001 by DNV and TÜV Reindland, with regard to express delivery, courier service, distribution and door-to-door logistics on local, regional, national and international level.
