2018 is coming to an end and during such special holidays it is time to patiently review our achievements, challenges and opportunities for improvement. It has been a year of intense teamwork that brings us closer to our 30 years of history; this year we have been able to remember our best moments with a reunion meal of the people who since 1990 have made DIR a professional, efficient and human company. This trajectory has consolidated us as a transport company committed to service quality and to constant evolution together with our clients.
Our growth in shipments, facilities and turnover continues, as every year, to exceed our expectations, but the evolution of our team makes our company a place of coexistence and of both professional and human development, and confirms our motto of “people at the service of people”.
DIR’s commitment to sustainability remains very strong, with the incorporation this past year of 2 CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) vans, a 7,000 kg CNG truck, an electric van, an electric motorcycle and 2 electric scooters for deliveries in highly restricted areas; for this reason we offer our clients the best quality/price/sustainability ratio in the service.
Our most sincere thanks to our clients and workers, clients, recipients, collaborators, friends, followers of our blog and social networks, for all your support and trust in us, which has allowed us this year, from the Hospitalet de Llobregat branch alone, to surpass 1,000,000 shipments, quite a challenge that would not have been possible without that support.
2019 awaits us with major projects; for us it will be a year of strong investments in service quality, to ensure that this trust, which translates into growth in shipments, is harmoniously accompanied by excellent service quality and personalized attention that does not distance us from our principles and origins.
